Luke proposed a plan, followed it up with weekly meetings to evaluate the market in the area, listened to any concerns we had and was very professional in the advertising campaign. The house was on the market for 30 days and was sold at auction. We were not great believers in auctions but we accepted Luke's advice and was rewarded with the sale. Good work and well done Luke.
