Usually buying a house is quite a stressful process, however Luke was excellent. From the very minute we spoke, through to submitting my offer and then subsequent negotiations, I felt that Luke was crystal clear in all his communications and did exactly what he said he would do. I had a number of queries through the legal process that I needed Luke to clarify about the property, and he was timely and accurate in all his responses. Very impressed !
