Kate arranged the sale of our town house promptly and efficiently. We had a buyer but then we needed to delay due to date of sale. Kate accepted our requests and explained to the buyer and he then changed his mind a few days before our new date. She diligently found us a new buyer within a week. So happy with her professional, friendly outlook to both us and the buyer. Also to the managing agent of the town house. All this between Sydney and Wynnum and not meeting in person.
