Couldn't be happier with our choice of Barry Plant. From start to finish, the entire process was streamline with no pushiness from any of the team. They allowed me to make all the decisions in my own time and gently guided me when I needed the advice. Never once did I feel pressured, unlike my previous sale experience through a Qld agent. Chang's communication was faultless, always providing feedback after every open and following up with written reports. The result we achieved from Auction was far more than I ever expected. Chang and the team were very impressive on the day and he was extremely clever in keeping the auction moving even when it seemed it couldn't go any further. Very happy with the experience we received from the BP team and can highly recommend them.
