Stress-free experience dealing with Chang

Chang was fantastic from the get go, very patient and willing to assist us with every step of the process. He was trustworthy and very honest with us which we really appreciated. Chang kept us up to date frequently and gave us plenty of notice when decisions needed to be made. We really liked Chang's friendly easy going nature and personality. We never felt put under pressure which was important to us as we didn't want someone pushy who wouldn't take no for an answer as our representative. Chang knows the market exceptionally well and is trustworthy. Highly recommended. Thank you Chang.
