I met Ben at an open for inspection house in Dandenong. After chatting he offered his service in a helpful manner. I chose Ben from Barry Plant, primarily because - he did his homework. Not only about my property, but about recent sales in my area. He completed a presentation for me on what was involved, he created a marketing plan & he answered all my questions; was fully transparent on what the procedure would be and the timeline. The communication lines are always open with Ben, he explained the facts & the plan of action. He also listened to my point of view, and i admired the guidance and his advice. Ben is a great communicator & negotiator - I was blown over by his professionalism, knowledge and dedication to the sale of my house. He got an outstanding price for my property.
