Overall the we found our experience good: - the service was professional. - the agents had sound market knowledge. - communication with the purchaser could have been better. The purchaser could have been advised that entry to the property is not allowed without permission. Secondly we had hardwaste organised with the council and we should have to answer questions by the purchaser as to when it will be done, as settlement date has not passed. Thanks for the review Sonya. I certainly agree regarding the matters raised. It is always hard to cover every contingency without purchasers contacting us to ask us their relevant questions and impossible to anticipate what might happen from situation to situation. We definitely do our very best to be available at all times to provide direction and advice on all matters with each of our customers.
