Stephen was the agent we bought our first home with. The process was very complex on our side and we caused a couple of delays because of the paperwork and administrative detail. Not only was he very responsive when we first spoke with him about the home he was selling for the vendors, he walked us through the process at every step and made sure we had everything we needed - as well as managing the expectations of the vendor so that they put up with us when we caused a couple of delays! Stephen will be the first person I call when we buy again in the area on behalf of another family member and again should we ever need to sell. He made it very easy to buy our home which is exactly what I'd want him to do if we were selling. A real partner in the process.
