Stephen exceeded our expectations

We had our investment property on the market for some time and with two other agents in succession and did not receive one signed contract or a realistic offer. We handed the property to Stephen and within 5 weeks we had several offers on the property including two contracts, the choice meant we were able to accept a price we were very comfortable with. Stephen was diligent in his follow up and communication and was always available for a chat in person or by phone. I am not sure we could have asked much more of him. We will use him again in the future
