I want to take this moment to be able to share my positive feedback regarding my interactions with Stephanie Marshall from Freedom Property. While looking for a property and finally buying a property, Stephanie provided excellent and exceptional service, every step of the way.She was always professional and genuine. Stephanie worked in the best interest of me as a buyer from the get go, she found me a property that was tailor made to my personal specific requirements. I am new to Brisbane and Stephanie has a sound knowledge of the local real estate market and she understood my position and this made otherwise a stressful process a seamless one. Stephanie was very thorough in her knowledge about the property and she was also very kind, patient and honest with me with regard to the strengths and limitations of the property. She has been an excellent communicator and provided me with a personalised service to a point that she was with me at the auction to support me through the process. I don't feel I would have been able to buy this property without her support and assistance. Stephanie is warm, friendly and incredibly patient. She answered all my queries promptly, regardless of the time of the day when I was asking her.
