Outstanding Experience

Stephanie exceeded our expectations with the experience that we had during the sales process of our apartment in Cleveland. Her knowledge of comparable property pricing was excellent, her reporting was completely accurate and her overall communication was outstanding. She generated a premium price for our property and also what was amazing is that she continued to run home opens after we had a contract and was successful in getting a "backup" contract which helped enormously in terms of getting our subject to sale contract, to the point of unconditional.
