Sim's efforts and results are praiseworthy. I received a phonecall some months previously to enquire if I had an interest in selling my property if the "right" price could be obtained, which did interest me. The property was a niche market property and he advised he would not be calling me every week with sales talk, he would only contact me if he had a serious buyer. This introduction/strategy resonated with me and I actually saved his mobile number under the name "Sim Sells Houses" as I had not taken note of his last name during this initial phonecall. True to his word, he only contacted me when he had a serious contender, the property was initially listed off market and the whole process was conducted smoothly with minimal inconvenience/disruption to me. His confidence throughout the campaign was reassuring. I do believe his sincerity and "action speaks louder than words" was a perfect fit for me and if I sell another property, he will be my number one choice . Thank you very much Sim.
