Our needs were a little different from what could be regarded as a conventional purchase. However, Sim was quick to recognise the needs and to accommodate them. Sim was always professional, but he also exhibited an empathy for what Stuart was trying to achieve and he was quick to respond to phone calls and emails. The manner in which Sim walked us through the contract signing process was exemplary. Stuart said recently, "If I ever need to sell my new home, I will get Sim to be the agent." Positive praise indeed.
