It was a very good experience with Sim, very good personality and also a very responsible person

When I started to look property over there in QLD I mingled with many agents but in Sim I realise the difference. He is very humble and gentle. As a person from NSW some times I forgot about time difference and I rang him different times but he answered all times, if he couldn't he rang me back soon. When I started to look property I realised that there is many difference between NSW and QLD. But other agents were not able to explain properly but he did such a good job. In NSW normally saying STRATA but in QLD that is BODY CROP . When I asked about STRATA nobody can understand and answer me, but Sim Gave me the right answer and he explained properly. From there I never contact with any other agents, they are good but not much good like SIM. He always keeping smiley face and gentle tone and he respecting others that always attracting people. From my knowledge that he always did favour for me. I trusted him that much so because of his word I drive 8 hours from my place to QLD, I straightaway came over there and put offer on this property. I have a plan to buy another property over there so I asked his help, I know he will do the best for me. In any agency he is a good asset.
