Over the last 6 months I have dealt with many different real-estate agents in the local area. I found without exception (until now) agents who seemed only interested in the Seller, and gave me, as the buyer, little to no time at all to listen to my requirements. I genuinely found Sim above the rest with his speed and quality of communication, and he also took the time to understand our needs and work with us in finding our dream property.
