Communicator extraordinaire who lives & breathes real estate... :-)

We stumbled upon Sim & Gemma by accident or, should we say, with the help of good old cold marketing which did get their foot in our door! It was very important for us to click with the agent on a personal level, & Sim had no trouble fitting the bill. In no time we signed the papers for him to be our agent. There was nothing salesy or showing-off about him, & he always came across as a sincere & smart person who tried his best for you. During the process, he made us feel important, kept us on track with a variety of open houses (sigh!) & fought valiantly for us to the last cent while making sure that not one potential buyer has slipped through the cracks. He worked hard, provided his opinion when asked & showed great knowledge of real estate market. Most importantly, he kept us cool, calm & collected. Gemma was absolutely lovely. Believe it or not, she volunteered to take our guinea pigs, who were in need of a new home, thus saving them from being eaten (just kidding, they were too old anyway :-)!) for which we & our guinea pigs are truly grateful. All in all, Sim & Gemma are both very personable, professional & work well together as a team. Highly recommend!
