First class experience

Sim was very professional from start to finish. His market analysis and knowledge was exceptional and it showed based on the price we were able to secure for our property. He had a plan and he delivered with flying colours. We were overseas for the majority of the time the house was for sale and he went the extra mile to make sure that we were informed at every step of the way. Even calling very early Brisbane time in order to catch us with important information. We had pet sitters and they gave glowing feedback with how Sim interacted with them for open homes etc. We would highly recommend Sim to other buyers and we would most certainty use him again in the future.
