It was a pleasure to work with Sim to sell this one family post WW11 well maintained home on a looked after lot. Prior to selling the home, I had got to know Sim over a 4 year period and I had the confidence that Sim had the requisite sales skills to sell the home on our behalf. His attention to detail, knowledge of the market, the reading of buyer requirements, and the strategies and negotiating skills to bring about a successful sale. His personal skills in liaising with potential buyers was evident during house inspections and follow up discussion with interested parties. He kept us informed of buyer feedback throughout the sale campaign. This allowed Sim to negotiate a satisfactory price for the property. An excellent outcome for the buyer and seller with Sim negotiating a way forward to seill the property in a challenging economic climate and moving market place.
