Mike Tyson once said "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face". I guess the Real Estate equivalent is "Every agent has a plan to sell your house quickly for a huge price until they have no buyers in a market that goes cold". Our house got punched in the face - By the 3rd week on the market the market went cold, we had no offers, little interest and 1-2 groups at open house. Sim took the punches - he was honest with us, stayed positive and adapted the campaign to suit the changing market conditions. In a cooling market Sim was able to get multiple groups interested, and in the finally 48hrs before we sold he negotiated the sale price up to a point that exceeded our expectations. Any agent can sell your house when it's easy, Sim sold our house for a great price in a tight and cooling market. That is experience and skill. I would sell with Sim every time.
