Patrick sold my mother's property and my family and I cannot speak highly enough of his performance - in short, here is why: Patrick was courteous and always mindful of my elderly mother's needs and wishes. He was tenacious when he needed to be but never overbearing. He always presented evidence and dispassionate discourse so we could make sure decisions. He was consistent - he did what he said he would do ... always!
