Having given so much of our blood, sweat tears into our home I knew selling it would be difficult. After meeting with Patrick, his confidence was not arrogant or forceful, and he came across as genuine. With his guidance, knowledge and hard work he sold our house in a matter of days with a comfortable price, he always communicated with us personally throughout this time about how the sale was progressing.
