First time home sellers here

First time home sellers here. We met Pat over a year ago, when the idea to sell first crossed our minds. We had seen his face around Carina Heights and knew that we wanted the best agent to take care of us. He made a great impression on us, but we weren't quite ready. It took us a good 12 months to decide to take the leap and Pat was our first choice (of course). To be honest, we didn't even worry about getting a second opinion after meeting with him and Jewlie in our home. Our property went live without a hitch and we had an awesome amount of interest. We then experienced the agony of a cold feet contract falling through after two weeks of waiting. Pat had another buyer lined up that same evening which went unconditional three days before it was due. His dedication and hard work could be easily seen even through the Christmas holiday period, with him giving us daily updates and keeping us in the loop at all times. We couldn't have asked for a better job done by Pat and Jewlie and cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys, The Robinsons
