We met with a few other agents who were well known within Carina Heights and Camp Hill and Patrick by far made my wife and I feel comfortable from the get go. Always listened to our concerns as we were going through a process we had never been through before and was genuinely honest in all his responses. He advised us he had a potential buyer before we listed and guess what, that buyer was the one we sold our first home to. He was also helpful in ensuring we transitioned into our new home smoothly.
