We brought a property after a Saturday viewing but needed to sell our property to buy the new property. After the viewing Micheal came to our present property to get it on the market. We paid the deposit and signed the contract to buy. Our property went on the market Thursday evening, and the first viewing was 0730 the following Saturday. The first to view brought the property and the contract was signed by Saturday evening. Micheal was able to get us more than we expected for our property. Micheals' communication is excellent and we have always been kept update at every step.
