I can only say great things about this Agent. Kieran was more than happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how frequent. He helped us sort through a few of our troubles quickly and efficiently. He was and continues to be available to offer us advice and information. Always friendly, very down to earth, skilled in his craft and professional for sure, but also very interpersonally gifted and happy to build rapport and relationships. I consider Kieran the best Real Estate Agent I've known thus far, definitely not just another walking suit-and-tie; he's been helpful and happy to be, and that kind of giving intention is hard to come by. For what its worth, I've known many people who consider 'success' as being 'cut as many corners as you can, get everything as cheap as possible, hire whoever quotes the lowest', and its never worked out -- headaches ensue, things break fast, workmanship suffers, and you'll end up paying more later to redo it right. Value for money is what its all about; quality work for a fair price. Cut corners and take low quotes and you might just get what you paid for -- but seek out this fine person with a fair price in mind and quality is guaranteed. No more headaches. I'll be looking for Kieran in the future if/when I'm looking to sell my (potentially renovated) property. He has the right idea of what success is, and how to get results. An excellent, earnest ally in the sometimes thorny business of real estate.
