Over the years we have bought and sold property in both Australia and overseas and our recent sale through Jeremy was without a doubt the best experience we have had. Right from the start, Jeremy went out of his way to explain the process and discuss the various options with us. As an inter-state seller, most of our communications were through email with a follow up phone call to clarify or discuss alternative strategies if required. We started the process about two months out from auction day and mapped out a path to ensure the property was appropriately marketed and had enough visiblity to draw a good crowd at auction. The day before auction we had a lengthy discussion to discuss strategies for the day and set expectations based on feedback Jeremy received during the marketing campaign. The auction went off without a hitch and we were pleasantly surprised when bidding exceeded our expectations. Buying and selling property can be a stressful exercise at the best of times but I can honestly say that this sale was without a doubt a painless exercise. In comparison to a recent sale and purchase in another state/country, this was by far the best experince we have had. Jeremy was very professional and forthcoming in all his dealing with us and gave us considerable confidence that we would achieve a good outcome at auction, which we did.
