We have used Ian to sell two of our houses and he was outstanding. Ian was a hard-working and proactive agent who called potential buyers, communicated with existing customers and chased new leads, and throughout all of this kept us really well informed. He is a knowledgeable agent whose sales experience and success at selling homes in the local area gave us confidence that we had chosen the right person for the job. His approachable and friendly personality meant we felt comfortable working with him and his agency had well-structured and organised processes that made selling both of our houses very simple and seamless events. We felt that we, as his clients, were his priority and we were confident through the whole process that he was going to get us the best deal possible.
