We found Ian to be a very friendly and professional agent who guided us through what was a pretty sad time with having to sell my Mum's house after her passing. As this was my first experience with selling property, Ian was a great help to us and his warm and friendly manor a relief as we achieved a quick sale that was pleased all parties. I would definitely use Ian's services again when we come to move home again.
