Honest and persistent

Our sale was a long and arduous process due to the specific nature of our home and the the prevailing market conditions at the time of listing. Although we had a couple of buyers pull out at the last minute, Ian advised us to stick with him as he knew the local market (having had decades of local experience). Ian's advice paid off and he was able to guide us through choosing a successful buyer from a number of interested parties in the end. We did jump ship as many do with a long sales process however it was Ian who was able to gain our confidence and respect and his experience, persistance and selling skills won the day.
