We met Ian at several open inspections whilst searching for a house in our chosen area. He was always friendly, professional and never applied any pressure on us when viewing properties. Ian has an excellent knowledge of the market and was always prompt and helpful with questions. We eventually found our dream home and were so grateful that Ian was the selling agent. His realistic, down to earth approach made us trust him completely whilst negotiations were under way. We never felt pressured and the whole experience was remarkably easy and positive.
