We are so happy that we choose to go with Ian Marshall - ray white Wellington point. Being local to Wellington point he knew everything there is to love about the area and that passion showcased when he walked through our home. Ian was patient and helped us to make many decisions along the way without ever making me feel pressured. The decision to put on the market directly or go to auction was a tough desicion and Ian supported us throughout the journey. After we decided to go to market things really kicked off and we had secured a signed contract in just 8 days! Throughout the entire sale process Ian never stopped communicating to me and my husband - We would receive feedback from viewers almost immediately. When you invest so much into your home - financially and emotionally handing its fate over to an agent can be so incredibly emotional but Ian looked after us so well and we cannot thank him enough for making this whole process as simple as it could be.
