On first meeting with Ian we felt confident and comfortable with his approach and how he was going to manage our sale. Ian was consistent, persistent and always was forthcoming about all aspects of the sale. His follow up was exceptional and considering past experiences he sold in the time he said he would.....he was more confident in this part of the process than we were and that was a real boost when dealing with these types of sales endeavours and the stress we put on ourselves. There were times he went way above and beyond the service I had come to expect from other Real Estate Agencies.
