After searching for a Real Estate Agent, interviewing four other agents/companies, we chose Craig Barnes with LJ Hooker. We were given an excellent review of Craig by our neighbours who had previously sold a property with Craig and with our very own experience with Craig have felt that our neighbour gave us the best advice. Craig was understanding of our circumstances, he new the market, he appreciated the property that we offered, he respected our wishes on marketing the property (i.e., he was not SET on 'this is the way we ill be doing things', he listened and gave us a variety options in that we did not want a Billboard out the front and after sale flyers to be distributed). Craig impressed us greatly and without hesitation would recommend him to one and all. We certainly cannot thank Craig enough for the time he spent selling our property and keeping us well informed of what was happening, what he was planning, weekly reports via email, phone calls to perspective buyers and even visiting potential buyers to keep them informed.
