We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate that Craig was the agent for this amazing property we purchased. We were in the market for several months and have met many agents along the way. We met numerous agents of which some were good and others, unprofessional at best. From our experience, at the very least, we can confidently say that Craig was the outright best agent. He was professional, honest and very understanding of our situation. He was, at all times, acting within his obligation as an agent which was evident from his practices - and we could sense his positive attitude to his work from this. Craig is an agent that can 'break' the (negative) stereotype that many may have (including ourselves) towards real estate agents. He was clearly acting in the very best interest of his client (the seller) from his super responsive actions whilst communicating regularly with us to understand our situation and our dream.
