My wife & I have known Craig Barnes for many years. During this time Craig would keep us informed about the property market in Mansfield as well as other suburbs to give us an idea of how house prices could fluctuate over a period of time. The timing for selling was right on the “money”. Due to his skills as a negotiator with the buyer, he was able to get a much higher price for the house than we could have ever expected.
