This is the second house Craig has sold for us. He knows his subject well & in both cases has come up with great ending. If you even think about selling give him a call for an estimate & ask him not to pressure you that you will contact him when you are ready. He waited 10 years for our first house just calling in every 6 months with a new calendar. A nicer Gentleman you could not wish for who has his finger on the pulse.
