I've had a lot of experience with real estate agencies, and Carmen and her team at Harcourts were without a doubt the best I've ever worked with. Carmen was so genuinely caring, great at her job, professional, and thought of every last thing. The sale was complicated by a number of family matters on my end, but Carmen took it all in her stride and made what could have been a hugely stressful experience so easy. I'm very happy with the price she sold the property for too!
