Excellent team!

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Carmen Briggs when buying our home! What stood out to us especially was the level of availability and communication they gave us - they checked-in with us often throughout the process, and were flexible with viewings when we needed extra ones. Most importantly, all members of the team were very nice and approachable, even with the silliest of questions, which is not something we felt with other agents. The team are also experts in the area - they have sold properties at The Gap for over 20 years, and most of the team live in the area, which means they could answer local questions effectively and from experience. We highly recommend the Carmen Briggs team - they were professional throughout the process, from viewings to negotiations and beyond.
