Having sold 6 properties with mixed experiences, I was prepared for anything. However, Brett lived up to the glowing references I received and this sale was by far the best I had ever experienced and well ahead of the second placed agent in all aspects of the seller/agent relationship. Brett is honest, very competent, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I'm frustrated that I was limited to ticking up to 5 boxes because I could have ticked all.
