Parmelia Investment Property Sale

We sold our Parmelia investment property in January of this year with Jade at Urban Habitat. We initially approached her based on the feedback of others on agent review websites, but we opted to list with her based on her enthusiasm, open communication, and local market knowledge in our initial (pre-selection) discussions. We were not disappointed with our selection. When we first reached out, Jade was approachable and promptly came out to the property to give us a market appraisal which was almost exactly in line with our expectations based on our own in-depth research - this close alignment of the assessed property price built our confidence in her local market knowledge and made it apparent that she wasn't A) trying to just get a quick sale/commission at the client's expense, or B) trying to promise something that wasn't realistic just to get us to list with her only to have back-pedal and reduce list price later. Jade gave us her professional opinion on optimum sales tactics (where to spend money and where to save, guidance on listing tactics, quick changes to optimise sales price, etc.), but also gave us the flexibility to adapt those recommendations to meet our needs. She was warm but professional in all our encounters and was always very quick to provide us with updates such as inspection attendances and offers. I was never present for any negotiations so can't speak directly to those skills but I do know that we were satisfied that the sales price achieved was fair given the market at the time. We would definitely consider using Jade again in future sales.
