Fantastic experience highly recommend
Sue was our real estate agent for both the purchase and sale of our property at Bloomsbury and she went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable with everything, did her research to help us make the most out of the property and followed up continually with us throughout the entire process so we knew exactly what was going on and addressed any questions quickly and professionally. She dealt directly with our solicitors to ensure everything went smoothly especially while I was on shift work which made everything flow so smoothly. Went above and beyond.
Brett and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to helping me secure the land I purchased. The whole experience was extremely easy and no stress involved. As an agent whether buying or selling I could not recommend the team more highly. I live interstate and was unable to get up to qld. But through Brett’s extensive knowledge of the area he made me feel like I was there standing with him as the deal was done. When I finally get up there I will definitely be taking Brett for a beer and showing the respect he deserves for a job well done.
