Interstate buyers. Recently purchased a property, Fiona was great to deal with, very informative and helpful as interstate buyers we really appreciated this.

I recently asked about a retail space in Cannonvale and was really disappointed by how little information was provided in the listing. This seems to happen a lot — key details are often missing, which forces prospective tenants to chase basic information. Not only is this a waste of time, but it can feel like the main goal is just to collect your contact details for marketing rather than genuinely helping serious clients. I did receive some initial information from Tracey Oates from the Commercial Property Department, but she completely failed to answer my specific questions about the plastered walls and exposed ceilings. It was only after I followed up — pointing out that she hadn’t answered — that she finally responded. On top of that, the floor plan she first sent had measurements that were extremely blurry and hard to read, forcing me to ask for a clearer copy. The listing also said there were “utilities,” but gave no further information. I had to ask, “What utilities?” Why can’t this be stated clearly upfront? This kind of vague information is beyond frustrating. I shouldn’t have to chase twice for simple, standard information that should be obvious and readily available. Tracey’s reactive, careless approach showed a total lack of professionalism and zero care for her clients. It’s obvious she isn’t willing to take the time to do her job properly or think ahead to anticipate what tenants actually need. From a professional agency and from a managerial role, I would expect attention to detail, transparency, and genuine effort to assist potential tenants. If someone finds it too difficult to care about their work or to provide even a basic level of service, maybe this isn’t the right industry for them.

Highly recommend, Property Management department were super helpful and kind throughout the whole tenancy. Special shoutout to Donna and Tash for helping make sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end and responding quickly to any queries I had throughout.
