THIS TEAM GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY !!

Having brought and sold many properties during our lives we had to say Steve and his team are by far the best we have ever dealt with. Steve's no fuss, can do attitude was refreshing from the get go, Steve was genuinely excited to list our home, and he was realsitic with setting the price guide for our home based on the current market conditions. His marketing approach was profressional, the photos and video showcased our property and represented it extremely well. Steve's team was always on time for our open house viewings, ensuring the property was presented perfectly each time. The first open home generated a huge amaount of interest attracting many buyers and resulting in multiple offers. Following the negotiation process Steve was able to secure us a contract that exceeded our expectations. Steve worked tirelessly to ensure the contract proceeded smoothly up to and beyond the unconditional phase, his communication and attentivenes was faultless.
