I had been renting my property with Zeb for approximately 7 years when I was approached to sell as there was a shortage of 4 bedroom places in the market. At the time, I had no interest in selling, however when I was told what I could get for the property I decided to sell after I got over the shock. Zeb was true to his word and got the value for the property despite a tough lockdown which made things difficult.
