Sam is an outstanding agent and very professional in what he does. After two weeks that my home went for sale, Sam made me realise that I had to be realistic with the real value of my home if I wanted to really sell my home to move on to my next venture. There were only two buyers interested at the time but because Of me procrastinating far too long, the first offer fell through, and within hours he had the other buyer signed contract, cash ready and a 66w certificate (no cooling period) signed ready to go with an offer I could not resist, so that I could meet my new purchase’s deadline. To my urgent timeline, Sam provided me with a personalised service, he showed me patience and taking the time to listen to what my requirements were, in regards to my urgent timeline.
