When it comes to being knowledgeable, experienced, dependable etc you expect all that with someone that has been in the industry for as long as Sam. And Sam pretty much exceeds expectations in those areas. What I wasn't expecting was a call at 10pm a week prior to auction from Sam telling me that he was in a buyer's office with a relatively strong pre-auction offer. I was on my third or fourth drink by then and little did I know that Sam and his office were still working for me in the background! We electronically signed contracts that night! A great result!
