During a difficult time for me (the Landlord) personally, the staff were very caring. They were also very supportive when various tradespeople needed access to the house during maintenance /repairs between tenants. When tradespeople were needed to fix minor maintenance issues, the staff responded to requests very quickly. Staff knowledge of current and pending changes to state legislation was excellent and valued.
