Kevin was brilliant to deal with. He was in point, informative a great communicator between us and the buyer and nothing ever seemed hard. He went above and beyond in answering questions and resolving any concerns we had through the whole contract process and beyond. In getting to know Kevin, he gets a lot of referral work and I bought a tenanted property were the property managers could not speak highly enough of him as a professional agent and a person in general.
