We originally bought our home from Troy 22 years ago. He was wonderful to deal with then so had no hesitation in contacting him when we decided to sell. Troy has Great knowledge of the area which was important to us when finding the right buyer, that he had experience & could articulate just what the area had to offer. His communication with us was outstanding & often above & beyond, it didn't matter what day it was or if it was day or night. If we had a question for him or wanted to know something he was always there, even on his day off once! Selling a home was all new to us as we had not done it before & Troy explained the process to us step by step which eased our stress & anxiety enormously. Troy was unprofessional in giving responses. When I enquired about a property by quoting a price in the start of the range mentioned in the ad, Troy behaved rudely and threw out some racist comments. This is what he said ' this is not India to bargain'. Although I didn't respond back then, an agent's duty is to answer promptly when a buyer pushes an offer. Not to pass comments. That's the last and I'm not going to refer this guy to anyone else in my circle. Let him enjoy with the listing that he has from the past 4 months😆

Whilst our initial meeting with Troy at the 1st open house on a property was promising, and an immediate offer was submitted sooner after, the then lack of communication and follow up was unprofessional. He did not get back to us when he said he would and even after gentle message were sent days went by and no reply was received. Eventually we see the property was ‘UNDER OFFER’ and we certainly was not offered the opportunity in which to resubmit our ‘final offer’ We were infact informed that the seller was prepared to accept an offer from us below what supposedly was an investor offered!!’ Seemed a little strange to us… Later advised the seller has accepted an offer from someone she knows personally… again strange to us… In all a disappointing experience and certainly feel was not provided with a fair or reasonable opportunity.

Nothing but excellence from this team, Sold house by Troy Duncan He’s very experienced agent. Rare find in this modern days but yet he has the latest technology for everything. Gives a thorough explanation of the process and shows support during your stressful time, as we all know selling your home can be very stressful and emotional.
